What kind of projects are you looking to take on?

I am currently only looking to take on projects that include florals, plants, animals, lady heads/faces, ornate filagree, mandalas, and lace.

If my project wasn’t chosen, can I submit it again next booking cycle?

Yes! I can’t always take on every single project that’s submitted, so you are more than welcome to resubmit your idea again for a later month. I will however let you know if your project is something I am not looking to take on.

Do you do coverups?

Yes! I actually very much enjoy coverups as they present me with a challenge. Please be aware however that not all tattoos are good candidates for cover up projects. Coverups also limit your subject matter as to what you can use to cover up an old tattoo with, such a portraits, which are not good for coverup projects. Your best bet is to be flexible and open-minded about the design.

Do you tattoo minors?

No. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID. I do not make any exceptions even with parental permission.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

In the days leading up to your appointment, you should make sure to get plenty of rest and to stay well hydrated. You will want to avoid drinking alcohol or taking any large amounts of pain relievers for 24 hours before your appointment. The day of your appointment, please eat a decent meal (not just cereal) before arriving at the shop. Also, please shower, wear clean clothes and deodorant.

How do I schedule an appointment?

I am currently only booking two months at a time. I typically open my books for a 24 hour period. An inquiry for an appointment must be submitted for a project during the specified date and time. There will be a link posted to a submission form under the “booking” tab on my website the day my books open. Do not send multiple submissions. I will reply back within a few days with a response. Please be patient with this process. You will either receive one of three response:

-Yes! I would love to take on this project, lets book a date!

-Yes! I am interested in the project but cannot take it on this booking cycle. Please resubmit at a later date.

-No. Unfortunately I am not looking to take on a project like this at this time.

* Please reply promptly if I choose to take on your project or I will have to move onto the next available client. Returning clients will also have first priority. *

_________Any negative response to not being selected will only result in never being booked.________

Do you require deposits?

If I choose to take on your project, I require a $100 (plus tax) deposit when we schedule your appointment date. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total price of your tattoo after your last session on that project. No-shows and cancelations made within less than 72 hour notice will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are only valid for one reschedule.

What should I expect at my appointment?

Arrivals later than 20-30 minute to their appointment will result in rescheduling. Please come with a form of government I.D. for your paperwork upon arrival. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not allowing any guests with you during your appointment at this time. Masks are also required to be worn during the entire appointment.

What is your pricing?

My minimum is $300. I book either half or full day sessions. Half days are anywhere between $5-800 (1-3hours) Full days are between $8-1500 (4+hours). Both of this will also include sales tax. I accept both cash and card however if card is used there is a 3.2% service fee.

What is your availability?

I am in the shop Tuesday-Friday and very limited Saturdays. Appointments usually begin around 12-1:00 pm. I will not always know how long your appointment will take, so please avoid making plans or having time restrictions before scheduling your appointment.

Do you do consultations?

I do not do in-person consultations. All tattoo inquires can be made through the submission form and subsequent emails. I do not send images of the tattoo design before the appointment. If any changes need to be made to the drawing, they can be made the day of the appointment. Substantial changes will result in rescheduling of the appointment.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

In the event of needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are aloud one reschedule before I will require a second deposit. All appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment date will result in loss of deposit. Cancelations without an immediate reschedule will also forfeit all deposits.

Do you take on large scale projects?

Yes. However larger projects, such as leg sleeves, arm sleeves or back pieces must be completed within a year of the first scheduled appointment. Prolonged appointments will result in a price increase .

What should I do for aftercare?

Depending on your personal preference and the location of your tattoo, you may leave your appointment with a Saniderm wrap on you tattoo. If not, I will temporarily cover your tattoo with a bandage.

If we used Saniderm or Recovery, try to keep it on for 24-48 hours. The tattoo will leak plasma, blood, and ink underneath the wrap - don’t freak out, this is completely normal. If the tattoo was fairly large, don’t be surprised if it leaks out in places the wrap has unstuck. You can wear usual clothing, shower, sleep, and go to work all with the Saniderm on. Please avoid gyms or any extreme sweating as this will slide the Saniderm off. To remove it, start by peeling back a corner while you are in the shower, then wash with antibacterial soap. Continue with the aftercare instructions below.

If we used a temporary wrap , you can remove it after a few hours and gently wash with antibacterial soap. Make sure to wash your tattoo a few times a day for the next 10-14 days. Keep moisturized with any type of fragrance free lotion. While your tattoo is healing, avoid direct sun exposure as well as submerging it in water (pools, lakes, hot tubs, etc.). After your tattoo has healed, make sure to apply sunscreen if you will be in direct sunlight.
